How to make yourself some good-ol Shulbato


Hi guys,

This is how you get yourself a good ol' Shulbato :
  • put the bulgur in the water for 10 mins
  • put 3 tomato in hot water and let them peal
  • then peal the rest of the tomatoes
  • cut the tomatoes into small cubes
  • Cut 2 onions into small cubes, and fry with olive oil until it turns brown but not burned
  • then add the tomato in the pan over the onion
  • let it mix for a 5 mins
  • then add the tomato souse into the pan
  • add the burgle with out the water
  • leave for 10 minutes on low flame.
