Hi guys,
This is how you get yourself a good ol' Shulbato :
- put the bulgur in the water for 10 mins
- put 3 tomato in hot water and let them peal
- then peal the rest of the tomatoes
- cut the tomatoes into small cubes
- Cut 2 onions into small cubes, and fry with olive oil until it turns brown but not burned
- then add the tomato in the pan over the onion
- let it mix for a 5 mins
- then add the tomato souse into the pan
- add the burgle with out the water
- leave for 10 minutes on low flame.
